I thought it was Liam who said that. I recalled an interview which Liam and one of the Gallagher brothers were hanging out and wanted to sample the ghost train sound.

The recording sounds just like Liam, it's got his Essex twang. The guy in the video sounds completely different (West country/Somerset accent). Prob just some nutter chancer looking for royalties.

This shit reminds me of that woman claiming to be Keefs sister, making fake facebook accounts. The conversations between her and the supposed Keef were hilarious.

ha behave. what is that guy on!! that is clearly liam at the end of the track.

as far as i remember, he and liam g were at a funfair or something along those lines. LH heard the siren either stood next to the ride, or having been on it once already and he wanted to sample the siren noise and the guy wouldn't play it again without him going onto the ride and paying for it. When he got to the end of the ride, he asked the guy where the siren was.
