as we are away for a couple of weeks i thought i would give you a little insight of life on the road from my perspective -- so we are taking it back to the ol skool on this tour and decided to do europe on a bus . that dont sound like nothing but if you enjoy spending 9 hours a night in a 6ft by 2ft rolling coffin then it might be your thing ....... actually its been ok so far , good laugh after the shows. bit like camping with ur mates -- waking up at 5am freezing ur shit off ! the shows have been bangin. we started off in scandinavia ,, we used to go there alot around fat of the land so it was good to go back ..i love oslo. too fukin cold thou. then we hit germany ......berlin and last night cologne . fuck that was crazy . the shit was goin off. when we played smbu, the last breakdown came in there was a group of like 200 that suddenly sat down,, i was lookin out thinkin what the fuk r u doin,, then when it dropped they just jumped up on beat and it went off heavy... i think the best show we ever played ever in germany . fukin loons just reached amsterdam ,, not on the ice bus tonight but in a miserable chinz hotel. theres one thing i fukin hate is when a hotel spends a load of doe on their reception and u walk in ‘n’ go 'hey this is the shit right here ' then when u get to ur room it suddenly turns into the fukin travel lodge . that should be a crime. you see its the little things that count when ur on the road... the conning bastads! may find my way to a coffee shop later ,,dont really smoke any more but im thinkin it might make the room look better. lookin 4ward to tonight ... i think we are gonna look to try colours and maybe chop thunder up for maybe munich ... we will see later Mr LLLLLL The band decided to an interview about each track on the album so you can hear exactly what they think: http://www.vimeo.com/3467408 BDO Australia http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYePejBXNKI |

They are on the road across Europe on a bus?? haha!! That's so fuckin cool! I would give everything I got to travel with that fuckin bus too

I was in :D epic gig, epic crowd and then the "SMBU incident" where I was also in haha! Maybe Dugdale got that
The band tried Colours for more than 20 minutes during the soundcheck in Cologne, so they'll drop it for sure very soon!

I don't think anything needs to be done to thunder to play it live, and that goes for the whole album. they could play this album 100% unchanged live and it would go off brilliantly. |

nice to hear the possible additions of Colours and Thunder. I'll be seeing them in 3 weeks, and its already sweet with the current setlist. Additions welcomed though as long as they don't drop any new tunes for these ones. I can go without hearing Poison or even Voodoo People. |

That SMBU thing is mental but would've been amazing to see. There's no way 200 english people could co-ordinate that. Great blog, got a real insight into his life on the road. |

Nice blog! I really hope they drop thunder and colours live, they would work great in the set. Liam might have to giver colours a little more oomph live though? Especially after the breakdown. |

hell yeah thunder and colours!!! keef should do the vocals on thunder he could totaly pull of those lines "I hear thunder but theres no rain" colours is a song i realy like  i can see the prick in your eyes!!!!
