I quite liked Laurie's Stand up remix... although it's relatively similar to the original, I like what he's done, and it's not ruined the original... This was my favourite of the Stand Up remixes.

I also like Rolmo's Thunder remix... Shame there were so many great entries for Thunder

Some nice things there, I'll comment on the ones I found worthy the most:

And Laurie, your Stand Up remix indeed is pretty nice, there's a couple of notes not totally fitting in the horn-parts, but it's funky anyway. And I think the SMBU/Crazy Man-Sample worked pretty well in there! Go on with this style!

Thunder by Rolmo is HOT! I don't get why the actual version got voted over this one, as this piece is very creative to my ears and production seems nice also. Makes me astounded and happy. Rolmo is one of the most creative ones from MP, I find, alsways loved what he did.

And the last thing I liked a lot was the two remixex by Chelarazor (Warriors and Run) - never heard of you but it's deffo very cool and smooth. Soundwise better than productionwise, but I fucking love the vibe and songwriting in both. Very well arranged, cool musical feel. Dunno why, but reminds me of a cross between some early athmospheric jungletracks (the delayed harmonic synthielines) and the works of Tim Wright (aka CoLD SToRAGE, the guy that worked for Psygnosis and did parts of the wipE'out-series-soundtracks, he was the inhouse producer there). Always loved his stuff. Dunno, these two tracks make me feel very good and very retro.
