its like throwing on a CD and bashing drums over the top, doing the same drum roll over and over between songs, but looking like a drum god to the average idiot who doesnt know any better.

I would have thought anyone who goes to see Prodigy would know that most of the beats are electronic anyway. I had a look at the mag earlier, he readily admits that he's only there to flesh out the live sound, seems very appreciative of working with Liam and co, and can't really believe his luck in landing such a great job.
He's a mate of Keiron Pepper btw, that's how he got it in the first place.
At least he's not like Kodish (Pendulum's drummer) who seems to think that he's the best thing that ever happened to a band, even though he joined after Pendulum were already successful.

Leo deserves some credit, he's fokin' passionate about his 'job' and not bigheaded. They seem to finally put the drums a bit louder in the mix aswell, it's good to get off the image as a playback band

Yeah, I know that, but Victory Pill was parallel to his prodigy time and I know, they work on a 2nd album , but I guess he is more in business with his own projects, cos Jim Davies is busy with his Electronic Guitar album ....

I think now is the best/tightest line up the band has ever had. Leo's all out attack style suits the band perfectly.

I concur! He's both an awesome drummer and a very nice guy, extremely down to earth. I'm still hoping for a drum solo in the course of the autumn tour.

He's a drummer. At the end of the day, everyone is the same, and talent is measured, as far as I'm concerned, by how you use your trained skill to further yourself in life, and for some (Liam) further the music you create. Leo is great stage presence, and a nice guy as well. His job is to add the live feel of the tunes. Yeah, he's playing over already programmed drums, but I would think most bands are pretty programmed already, rock included. And the dude is making a decent paycheck I would assume, good for him!
Of course in due time he'll probably do the same as Keiron and want to actually create something on his own.
Agree with warrior on the drum roll, he uses it way too much hah
