C'mon BKers, get on this to help the charities and you don't have to spend a penny

Dear friend/colleague/cousin/.brother/sister delete where applicable

An impersonal group email from me is as rare as rocking horse shit, so you know this is important.
I need you to do me a favour, it'll only take 30 seconds and it'll raise £1 for some catastrophically overlooked charities:
(British Tinnitus Association -I'm an ambassador for them + CALM, whom I'm helping out, to do something about the fact that the biggest killer of kids under 25 in the UK is Depression then suicide, and 4-5 times more boys than girls do it...we HAVE to do something...this is it:)

1. Right now, go to www.mflow.com
2. Register, it takes a few seconds to start an account.
3. REDEEM CODE (top right hand corner) CODE is 'XMAS'
4. They put £1 in your account.
5. Now buy John Cage '4'33" (Cage Against The Machine Version) - you may have to search 4'33" to find it...
6. Download it, and buy it again. (they're 47p each so you can do it twice).
7. Now send this email to everyone you know (is nice.)

British Tinnitus Association cannot even afford to keep ONE TELEPHONE LINE open 24hrs a day, so suicidal sufferers can call at 4.30am and have a sympathetic and knowledgeable person to talk to and get advice from. CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) cannot afford to photocopy info and end it to police stations and social services around the country when they request info on the biggest killer of youth in the UK. Just doing this simple favour for me will make a MASSIVE difference, so thank you. We're a very generous country but we give to all the same charities. Kiddy, fluffy, cute, sexy charities. These guys get nothing from anyone, which is why I've done this (below for your info) and why I'm asking you this favour.

I don't think it came anywhere near but lots of monies for the charities so all good.

It looks like it will be between the X Factor dross and Bird Is The Word.
