I just hate that the trio is growing old and tired. I love the energy and power of some of the new tracks, awol and the exit version of rockweiler in particular, but I get the feeling that the band just doesn't want to do this anymore. It makes me super sad to think that they won't always be around and, with as much drinking as they do, they already look like they're in their sixties.

I agree, AWOL v2 sounds massive, the rest just doesnt do it for me.
This is the kind of direction I imagined when Liam was describing the new album:

It's probably fake though

This is fake but agree with you mate If Liam said that the new sound will be like anger of jilted generation then i want dark, sinister and heavy tracks. Most of the new tracks is not dark...

Haha that fake clip is actually pretty much what I would also expect from a dark Prodigy record!
I still think AWOL and Dogbite are the best from all those new tracks. Heard them live once and that convinced me. I can't believe I really thought new album was upon us when they dropped those in late 2011.
Get Your Fight On, Rockweiler and the rest - well energetic stuff but not that dark. I mean, some of those new atmospheric fills they play now...they give me goosebumps. That's the dark sound I'm craving for!

Really, I was more excited about Beat 55, Mescaline, WoF in 2008 that about these 2 min crap demos. Except RockWeiler and Get Fight because they seem to be finished.
Then, I think mr Howlett didn't write anything good to be played live. That why he add in setlist AWOL, The Day from pre-imd, K-FLAY coloboration ect...

Pretty much that.
When Liam dug out the old stuff like AWOL and The Day from IMD era it was pretty obvious that there hasn't been much progress made in terms of the new album.
He's outdone himself with the Kflay beat though. Dropping a beat of a song that he has composed years ago for another artist and calling it "new beats" is just pathetic.

"New AWOL Beats" sounds really cool..a promising alterantive for the original "AWOL".
"Get Your Fight On" is kinda weak and predictable...this version needs to be remixed by the old Liam.

I believe he's referring to the genius that invented this:
