PIAS, [Merlin] Essential Music, EMI, IODA and Pirames International Srl...
they blocked my recording of Live at Budapest video in Germany. And in some other countries there can be advertisement. I wrote text which Prodigy require for uploaded videos with their material, but these music companies claim "their licensed copyrights". No comment... stupidity of music companies... they only want money money money money ... F#$k it

They have no rights, the band has explicitly allowed for live videos to be uploaded right? There has to be some way to appeal that ban... You could try contacting Google (I guess there is some appeal system at Youtube), Cooking Vinyl, maybe even the company that blocked it (their infringment complaint systems are automated, maybe they will accept it was a mistake). Please, don't give up easily. |

Even Poison live at sydney amateur recording get it they blocked my recording of Live at Budapest video in Germany. And in some other countries there can be advertisement. What? The Prodigy has explicitly approved fan videos as long as they have the statement in description. So unless German law lets local infringement hunters ban any video with any kind of music, no matter if they got rights or not (or no matter if the parent record label approves or not), they had no fucking right to do that. I know that the situation in Germany is rather tuff (almost all music videos get banned at Youtube), but what's the reason for it? Any Germans here to tell us? |

now they blocked my second recording (Rock for People 2012) in Germany!
So I think WDF will be blocked in Germany in short time too. I'll try to contact youtube or record companies... because I did everything that was required
