I think the implication was that Their Law is just as great without the live lyrics, and I totally agree. The same goes to SMBU, which is also mainly instrumental.
However, what I meant was that WOF is one of those tracks that need the vocals in their studio version (not just the samples), just like Mindfields for example. Another track that goes into that category for me is (First) Warning, but I doubt that we'll get a proper studio version with vocals

They should definitely keep maxim and keiths vocals on the studio versions. Their Law (Album version) is no where near as good as it is live with Maxims vocals; same goes for spitfire, the live version is 100 times better. I really do think liam makes huge mistakes by putting 'stripped down' versions on the albums.

I beg to differ, but that's a matter of personal taste I suppose.
The studio versions of Their Law and Spitfire are perfect as they are, and if I want to listen to the live versions, there are enough quality recordings, plus they all differ in some way, which is a bonus.

I really do think liam makes huge mistakes by putting 'stripped down' versions on the albums. I was thinking the same thing. Let Maxim or keith do their thing on the studio tracks. It truly makes them infinitely better and have way more energy. Here is an example I love warning live, LOVE IT. I fucking hate first warning it sounds amateur at best.
