It's annoying (you'd think ticket websites would be able to cope with demand by now but they never do). There will still be tickets held back for after the fan pre-sale. The public sale will have tickets.

Got Manchester in the end but I know loads who didn't, Viagogo are scum though! Owned by Ticketmaster and given those tickets by the promoters...scamming real fans

Although I'm sure most are genuine sellers and you can pick up tickets cheaper than face value. Be aware. I got a couple of tickets through Twickets a few years back. Numerous phone nos. back and forth. Was waiting up to the night of the gig before being directed to a shady geezer outside the venue before I had tickets in my possession.
