he probably felt they were good enough ideas to at least show off and give fans a taste... and plus the live shows will help him develop them for the album because let's face it, they're only a couple of minutes each Dogbite is lacking that epic bridge moment right before the beats hit you in the face again Jetfighter seems to be the most "in demo form" of all the 3, but for me is the most promising because it's back to some fast and pummeling beats
AWOL is the most finished sounding of the the 3, but it's a leftover IMD track so Liam had some time to polish it for the live shows plus the fact that Liam even mentioned it back in the day means it must have been somewhat finished
but honestly, i felt this current tour was simply to help put the pieces into place and help with the writing phase. give Liam some inspiration and allow him to try out ideas and get an automatic reaction from the crowd. test some ideas out and help flesh them out for the album
AWOL consists of one and the same part thats being repeatet 3 times (with no changes) and a breakdown inbetween... doesnt sound like a finished track to me.
Jetfighter is actually the same. Same beats followed by same chorus, repeatet twice.
I have the feeling Liam is running out of creativity if you ask me, none of this looks too promising.

IMD leftover? Liam mentioned title only so we do not know...

what i meant was out of the 3, AWOL is the one that actually sounds most like a complete song
is it the finished version? who knows, no one but Liam does
if it is a finished version, it sounds lazy
but it's the only one out of the 3 that has the standard track structure of verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus
none of them actually feel finished to me to be honest
sadly, the new test stuff is pretty forgettable...
Jetfighter sounds interesting, would love to see where Liam takes it
what scares me is that Dogbite hasn't really changed a bit since it first was played except for lyrics... but it still feels like its missing something
it just kinda goes back and forth without really developing into an actual track
AWOL is the standard Prodigy punk/rock track and the least exciting
for me, i want some more adrenaline pumping. electronic, bass booming shit in the style of The Big Gundown, Rhythm Of Life, and Back To Skool
the vids for Jetfighter have that vibe, but still sounds like a very early demo
but lately their sets are a handful of full tracks with a bunch of 2 minute cool ideas/jams spacing them out...
and sure they hit hard, but they don't develop into anything that feels like a full track
i remember Liam said he had a hard time writing long songs...
and it's starting to show
i think we really are in the very beginning stages of a new album
listen to the Thunder live video, Liam was like "well we have a sleeve and title" and chuckled about where they were at in the process...
which gave me the feeling that they really didn't have anything done and this is the early, early stage

Dogbite might end up being one of those tunes that Liam sends out to rappers for a colaboration....
would be nice to have one of the remaining Beastie Boys in there
Jetfighter needs a better bridge, intro and chorus.. but the beat is already there. and it's awesomesauce.
AWOL is pretty much done.. just a simple, strong punk tune.. no need to overcomplicate it.

another thing that worries me are the samples on Dogbite and Jetfighter
we've seen it a lot lately with Prodge tracks that I can't get released or changed because of a sampling issue
hopefully we don't get another "Warrior's Dance" issue when it comes to sample clearance
maybe Liam can get Serj to really sing on the album version and Jack White to play guitar and avoid sampling issues... that would be cool

Liam siad that he will collaborate with: Keith Flint and Maxim Reality The Prodigy is not Gorillaz and I'm happy about it. So only what is acceptable for me is something like female / male vocals for example Spitfire, Girls or Awol.

well i'm just waiting for when Dogbite can't be on the album cuz of the White Stripes sample or Jetfighter with the System of a Down sample
now that's gonna suck

well I was just trying to point out a way to avoid sampling/money issues in regards to the new stuff
kinda like what Liam did with Kool Keith on Under My Wheels and rerecording the "i rock, i roll" vocal
i would hate for a "Warrior's Dance" incident where the recreation of a sample wasn't as good because of clearance issues
