Fuck man one of the crazyest festival I've ever been to ! The gig was good as was expected but it was so fucking hot that they sprayed alot of water over the crowd to cool everybody down...
And maxim told the crowd to back off from the stage I think 3 times beetween song and said something about this was one of the best gig/festival he has played

Great gig, but there was something wrong with sound and volume, i was unable to hear a lot of background sounds from where i've been, and volume was very down, i hear what people was speaking about, and i was almost on front. And prodigy almost didnt came on stage ...

ingiprodigy I'm happy you made it. I guess you used train? That was the best way. I was already on festival and they turned net cafe to facebook-only so I couldn't communicate with you guys.
Crowd was massive! I've been there for the 4th time and never ever seen the place packed like that. That unfortunately meant lot of crap people who were there just to push people around but it was still very good.
As for the sound, I heard everything pretty clear, not too loud which I liked, and didn't noticed any technical difficulties but at one point there was someone faiting around me so I wasn't paying attention to gig for a while.
Most of you probably haven't heard of it but in the morning on the day when Prodigy was meant to play it turned out at concert agency that was between festival and Prodigy management didn't tell the truth... and apparently when management was told that there is no fence in front of stage he said that either they will set up the fence or band's not leaving the UK... Fences are against the spirit of this festival and they are also completly unnecessary, because stage is high enough not to let anyone get up there. However management didn't want to discuss that at all so there was fence/railings/moat/whatever it's called/ set up in front. This, combined with amount of people that came there turned the gig into dangerous place because people pushing from the back were squeezing people in front. That normally couldn't happen because nobody ever tries to get there in front because you can't even see a stage from there... That's partially why Maxim told people to step back - he saw hunderds of thousands of people pushing towards front. Prodigy management saw other bands (lets call them support acts) without fence but still declined to drop that issue.
Another issue was that festival organiser wasn't told until just before the gig that Prodigy doesn't allow to record some songs (every single band that played this festival in years was recorded with professional gear/many cameras from beginning to the end). This caused another disappointment but organiser was motivating crowd to ignore the extra conditions and have fun.
After all gig was really good... but it's a pity that band wasn't introduced to this festival properly because it is really unique event and perhaps we could have avoided those disappointments on both sides.
