just found this article:

Green Day, Foo Fighters and The Prodigy are set to headline next year's Reading and Leeds festival, an exclusive source has told Gigwise.

The bands will headline the annual event, which takes place from August 24-26 in Reading and Leeds.

As previously reported on Gigwise Melvin Benn, managing director at organiser Festival Republic, revealed that he's already made some "very exciting" bookings for 2012.

I couldn't go to their last gig in Belgium, and that was in 2010. then i promised myself to go to their next show here, and i've been hoping for them to play here again ever since. So please, let 2012 be my lucky year

EDIT: I've been reading some rumours on festivals and found that the prodigy has also been rumoured to play at Pinkpop and Rock Werchter. A website called rockblog (which is a website I take a look on quite often) wrote that..
