Does this mean there is only one master, or a few masters that companies make the copies from?

For as far as I know there are always a few masters. For example I have the Dutch master copy for BGAT of which there was only one for The Netherlands... but this master copy is from The Exchange and more will have been made for different countries I assume.

If you're interested in this, watch out. I had this tape for years then sold mine on ebay for not very much. It's just an odd mish-mash of Experience tunes with some of Maxim's early vox overdubbed, and these vocals are repeated again and again throughout the whole thing over different tunes ripped from the first album. The only thing which might be of interest is the Intro song which uses a dark 'Welcome' sample and some sampled TB303 action over sequenced drum patterns.
I say all this but mine could have been a fake and not contained the proper gig from that night. It did look exactly the same as this ebay item and I did get hold of mine in the mid 1990's. One thing to bear in mind as that this was supposed to have been a live recording of that night. They must have had a massive tape dubbing suite running at the Leas Cliff Hall to mix, reproduce and sell a large quantity of tapes to the public straight after the gig (which is highly improbable).
So, the tape itself is original from that night and the ebay seller is correct in stating that. It's just the music on it that he bought that night was already pre-prepared (badly) from different sources and doesn't contain the live gig that he saw. Remember the prodigy intro tune is interesting though so might be worth a bid. Anyone else concur or know any different?
p.s. Prodigy's gig that night was disrupted because someone fell off a balcony and landed head first on the mixing desk! Brings a new meaning to being 'smashed out of their face'! Also means the gig would have to have been edited back together before going to tape. All in one night, hmmmm...

Thanks for the info on this. If you're correct, then it certainly sounds like an odd item - hopefully a BK member will buy and upload it (I may bid if it is still cheap).
