Well, as you give argumentation, I wouldn't say you're a troll. Just your standards of rating are different. I personally cannot think of a Prodigy tune that I would rate lower than 6/10, or an album that I would rate lower than 8,5/10.

I used to dislike EITP 155 And Rising at the time because of the Woody Woodpecker melody, and because it just wasn't the Fairground Edit version. But then it became one of my wake up songs for when I left for school.

I understand Liam didn't want to repeat himself by including the single versions of some tracks, but I think Charly, EITP and Fire would be better off with their original versions. I totally hate EITP 155 and Rising while loving the Fairground version; I find album versions of Charly and Fire listenable but not great. My favourites on this album being OOS, Hyperspeed, Weather Experience, Wind it Up, DOTPD is really good as well, maybe studio version would've been even better. EITP single version smashes all those tracks by far (maybe except OOS).
Jericho 5,5/10 Music Reach 5/10 Wind it Up 5,5/10 Your Love 5/10 Hyper 6,5/10 Charly (dnb) 3/10 OOS 8/10 EITP (155 and rising) 0/10 totally ruined the original... Weather Experience 7/10 Fire (sunrise) 3/10 Ruff 5,5/10 DOTPD 6/10
There's no 9s and 10s because I want to save them for my favourites on the other albums. (break and enter!)
Extra marks for tracks from the era: EITP Fairground - 8,5/10 Charly - 7/10
Overall will be an average. 5/10. With EITP and Charly single versions it goes up to 6/10. You can start bashing me now. To n/a who's probably thinking I am a troll because I gave it 5 - I think my scale is more realistic than your scale where every album goes at least 6/10... Yes sure!! probably Trigger, Nuclear and BGAT and all that rock shite are better than the best hardcore-rave album of old times, for fuck's sake man!!!!

I don't think that it's impossible to be an oldschool rave fan and like the pre-AONO stuff. I still think it's a shame we didn't get a proper version of Nuclear, being a fan of 80's punk (Bérurier Noir for those who know) and Rage Against The Machine it would have been great. I just realised that Weather Experience contains the album name. Took me 25 years to realize it.

I bit witty and naive in soome parts, but I love it for the joyfluness, so an 8 is gonna be the right rating in my case. it's still the album that foreshadows the best things to come.

id give it 8/10 first album i bought from them and is what got me to explore the early rave days. fav tracks: jericho, wind it up (though i prefer the rewound mix), hyperspeed (hard beats), EITP, weather experience, ruff in the jungle bizness, death of the prodigy dancer least favorite track (for me) is OOS. but thats one mans opinion . other tracks i didnt name are tolerable. dont hate them but they are surely to be skipped.

I really loved that album, but nowadays some tracks sounds outdated to me, not bad, but outdated. But for it´s time it was brilliant and the reason being a BIG prodigy fan until today. Sadly when I purchased this album in 1992 I really was disappointed, that EITP was not the fairground version. I prefer some versions of the singles on Experience-Era. Sometimes I listen to this album today, the good old times .... Jericho : 1992 : 8/10 2015 : 6/10 Music Reach 1992: 8/10 2015 : 6/10 Wind it Up 1992: 6/10 [cos I prefered the rewound version] 2015 : 4/10 Your Love 1992: 6/10 [cos I prefered the Original version 2015 : 4 /10 Hyperspeed 1992: 8/10 2015: 6/10 Charly 1992 : 5/10 [cos I prefered the alley cat remix] 2015 : 3/10 OOS the classic 1992 10/10 2015 : 8/10 EITP 1992: 2/10 totally ruined the original [agree here ] it was shit in 1992, so nowadays, too 1/10 Weather Experience 1992: 10/10 cos it was so different and loved the melody 2015: 8/10 Fire (sunrise) 1992 - 10/10 ... indeed I prefered sunrise instead of original, but both are good 2015 : 8/10 Ruff 1992 - 8/10 2015 6/10 Death Of PD 1992 : 6/10 [sadly LIVE version] - 2015 : 2/10 all in all I would give it a 7/10 nowadays .... still good a record !
