Brother, sisters, siblings... Today, 4th of July 2021 marks the 27 years since the premiere of "Music for the Jilted Generation", my personal fav album of all time, the real gamechanger. Maybe the TFOTL is the most popular one, but it was the Jilted, which with its blend of Rave, Rock, Hip-Hop and psychedelics spiced up with many other small elements started the whole genre blending revolution, not even for the boys, but for the whole industry, which effects can be seen, or heard to this day. I could talk all day and night, about the whole story of this release, the battle with NME, the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act of 1994 and all that shit, but I'll just leave you with this article: https://djmag.com/content/solid-gold-ho ... headlinersNow the standard question: Which 3 tracks is your fav ones? For me it has to be the Voodoo People, Their Law and No Good, but absolutelly love the whole thing! To celebrate the thing I'll also post my rather really amatour mix of the opening track "Break & Enter" made in late 2020 https://soundcloud.com/jrsz99/the-prodi ... r-jrsz-mix

1. Claustrophobic Sting
2. Break And Enter
3. Poison
I'm not a fan of One Love (Edit), but love the full version. The edit cuts out all the good parts.

B&E has also a special place in the start of my journey with the Prodigy: That really was "a WHOA! track" for me when I bought my first Prodigy album (Jilted) and at that time I was not quite sure what I would dare to expect from that acclaimed album. Of course I have previously heard the tracks No Good and Voodoo People. But not much more. When that starting (and never-heard) TUNE kicked in after that haunting intro I was pretty sure that I had found the band or gang of artists to follow more closely from then on.
