i thought the warning lead sound came from reason the "Da Da Na Na Naa Na Na Na Na Naaaa Warrrrniiing" sound
although i have heard that he used reason like a notebook but u can make many sounds on it so i wouldn't be surprised if he's got some sounds on it, he wouldn't use presets but theres this combinator synth that just kicks ass

Prodigy didn't do much literal covers, most of the tracks are heavily based on samples... If you knew what the original sounded like, Fuel My Fire is like an angel pissing in my ears.
