It's a Polish or perhaps Russian bootleg CD of AONO. I've got it at home. Front booklet is only one double folded sheet of paper. All the graphics are taken from a Rockstar promotional video clip which showed some beta artwork for the official web site and such.

I've seen that CD also on markets in germany just before it's release date.
If I remember correctly it was just a copy of the promo that surfaced the internet a few weeks before release.

i saw this in cd-shop 2-3 weeks ago.
on the back side i is EMI Germany logo
