well my taste in music is very different than BK members, because most of you except Prodigy like other electronic music artists and etc.. me except Prodigy i like rap music, and i started to listen Prodigy 11 years ago, God i was spreading Prodigy invasion at my school n everywhere lol i was goin crazy i even was goin to therapist because Prodigy messed up my brains, and thats true and after that it was maybe two year when i tried dnt listen Prodigy much, maybe im not a true fan like you guys
anyway as i wrote before my taste is damn different because except Prodigy im into rap music, and my fav tracks are those which are less fav to others
Experience 10/10
MFTJG and FOTL 10/10 those are def my favourite albums
AONO i cant rate AONO because i dnt like this album, there are only 3 songs which im diggin its ull be under my wheels, spitfire and pheonix..

Oh my God, this topic came up, at the best time. Coz, I just got borred of everyone of them (Liam, Keith, Maxim). Dont know why. It's just not the same. A month ago, I could have killed myself, if I would have sayed that I'm getting borred of everything, that has in touch with Prodigy.
A month ago, I would have rated the albums like this:
Experience - 10/10
MFTJG - 9/10
TFOTL - 10/10
AONO - 9/10,
But now, it's like this:
Experience - 8/10
MFTGJ - 6/10
TFOTL - 7/10
AONO - 5/10.
Sorry.

mmmm...
Experience - 9/10
I love the album soo much, my favorite tracks being Wind It Up and Out of Space. The only thing that keeps this album from being perfect is Weather Experience - I dont like how Liam made it faster; I love the really slow and chilled out begining.
MFTJG - 10/10
Not my favorite Prodigy album, but its amazing none the less. 3 Kilos was my favorite song for a long time, and I love every song on this album.
FOTL - 30/10
The greatest album ever made in my opinion. Nothing is wrong with it. I can still listen to it all the way through today. This is also the album that propelled me into the world of electronic music, so it deserves all the credit here.
AONO - 7/10
Great album, love the energy, would like to see it reworked with the 2005 mixes of some of the tracks. And, of course, want to see Maxim, Kieth, and Trigger on the album.
done

Why do yuo all talk about albums? topic is "Your Thoughts On Everything Prodigy"
Sorry for poor english for this one.
When i first heard the Prodigy i went nuts. The First track i heard was Smack My Bitch Up and i think one of the best track that Prodigy did.The i found more of the band works...It was Girls,Firestarter,Breath and had them on my PC.I lisend to these hits for few weeks and from then i was in to it seriosly.I readed the Biography and i first though that Maxim is Keith,KEith is liam and liam is maxim
I think that Fat of the land album is the best in Prodigy family histori and i wish that finaly MAxim and Keith are gonna be on the new record.
All PRodigy tracks for me has something special or a feel. And shoot me in the head but Liam is the best Dj and a music mastermined....
Forever Prodigy!!!

Been into Prodigy since I was 17, and Charly, heard it on a mate's car stereo before it came out as a single (recorded from Kiss FM in London when it was a pirate station back in '90).
Sold me straight away, bought the single as soon as it came out, then the following couple of singles, then Experience. Many happy memories of cruising down Southend seafront (car cruising capital, near London, back then) in my shitty Mk2 Escort, blowing the speakers the whole way. Not a bad track on the entire album, but Jericho, OOS and EITP all have a special place in my heart, and still sound sublime. 9/10
Couple of years later, Voodoo People dropped, went and bought all the singles and Jilted on the days they came out. Better car, better stereo, better album, same location :D . Break and Enter makes my whole year.. a solid, more adult sound than the 'kiddie rave' that the 'experts' labeled Experience. Still my favourite, still sounds fresh every listen. The definative Prodigy sound, will never be bettered, no matter what Liam does for the rest of his life..10/10
3 years pass, still buy all the singles, finally get hold of a copy of WEL in v. good condition. SMBU & FOTL come out. Oh no, WTF has happened!?!?
Why the fuck is Keith attempting to sing? To a pure rave head like myself, this album felt like a slap round the face. Now to some of you that's probably blasphemy, but I couldn't 'get' the new 'punk' direction straight away. Took quite a few listens to get into the album, Firestarter and Breathe just weren't 'Prodigy' to me. Used to skip a few of the tracks, just got sick of the over-hyping by everyone, from the press with controversy over the videos, to everyone thinking that simply because Keith was in the videos, he was the 'main' member.
Sometimes, hype makes progress feels like a step backwards, if you see what I mean. To me, the widespread success of the Prodigy ruined the 'making music to have a good time' ideology..
Took a couple of years before I could really listen to the whole album in one go, but even then used to skip Funky Shit and Fuel My Fire. Narayan and Minefields still make it a worthwhile listen tho. Still don't like Firestarter...hype killed it for me.. 6/10 (sorry!!)
BGAT comes out a couple of years later. Boring single, glad Liam dropped the rest of the album he'd written up til then. Would have just been a load of the same I think.. 5/10
5 years pass. Whole music genres come and go, some awesome, some shite. Get into Nu metal, Korn & Slipknot *rule* to me now. Prodigy gets pushed back onto the shelf, only occasional listens, and even then, only the stuff I really like. Rediscover Breathe and SMBU, and actually kinda like them for the first time. Maybe it's like a fine wine and gets better with age. Either that, or not hearing it for a while makes it better to me. I dunno..
2004 rolls round, I'm 32, and AONO drops. WTF is this shit??!?! The first listen was not a pleasant one for me. Sounded very cheap and rushed, even tho it took so long to come out. Feels like Liam's resting on his laurels from the glory days, and people will buy it simply cos it's got the Prodigy brand on it.
Now most of you on here probably want to kill me by now, but that's my opinion, and unfortunately, I still think it sucks apart from Spitfire, Under My Wheels and Memphis Bells. Shoot Down is probably the worst tune ever recorded, not just by Prodigy, but EVER.
Why the hell are half of Oasis on this track? I hated them back in the days of Britpop and I hate them even more now. Just feels like an huge ego trip to me. They should stick to what they're 'good' at, so I don't have to listen to them even when I'm listening to my favorite band.
The fact that Maxim and Keith aren't on the rest of it are moot points, and I don't think if it was recorded with them instead of Juliette Lewis, Kool Keith et al it would sound any better. That's just the way it is, to paraphrase the tune. 3/10
Forgive me if I rambled on a bit, it's gone midnight on Friday night, I've had a shit day at work and I've had more than a couple of the bevvys...
I'll always love Prodigy, but to me MFTJG and Experience, those *are* the halcyon days that will always stay with me. I can only hope that Liam does something truly stunning with the new album and doesn't rehash anything from the last 10 years. I live in hope...
None of the above is meant to offend anyone, if it does, then just consider that people's tastes change. In a few years, you may feel the same...

Could not agree more!
Thank fuck for pirate radio. (without it, my 'Experience' may have been delayed somewhat)
as for the albums will always rate them highly, there's a lot of old skool music from way back when which gets me rockin' still.

experience...... i appreciate it for the simple fact that that it formed the group. its rave music from early 90s britain and i was 9 in america when it came out. its irrelevant to me.... no rating
jilted .... listened to it in 99, two years after the 'crossover'...it was the first album i heard from them. b4 then i hadnt a clue who they were. it singlehandedly changed my view of what music and a band could be. ive been die hard ever since. 9/10
fat.....the pinnacle so to speak.bought it right after i heard jilted....blown away. not a bad track on it....the most unambigous prodigy album. 10/10
aono.......hyperkinetic frenectic fuck you beats.....who the hell do you think liam is! bach? fuck no. give aono some respect already. its not some practice album or prerequisite to THE keith/maxim album. ALL 3 of those pricks are rockin on stage to this shit NOW! and so should you!!.........7/10
