Your track was used again on the second programme of the new '5th Gear' series. The bit when they were doing handbrake turns, etc in the Vauxhall VXR8.

Have you heard anything from them regarding its use?

you don't actually own the rights to the track molotov,cause you didn't get permision to remix it,or to use parts from the original.so there shouldn't be any complaints.they can't even give you credit on the ending title of the show.sorry

I dont get the fuzz.. When you make your own unofficial remake/remix of a tune, and use their band-name, this is what you risk. I would feel sorry for you if it was one of your own tunes.

well now that u think about it, they couldn't have gotten a hold of a high quality version for tv if they never downloaded the fake assed promo, so they probably either think its prodigy (tv have rights that mean they can use official stuff without copyrights so if they think its prodigy theres nothing u can do) or if they know its fake they'll have no issue's regarding copy write, because it should be the maker of this promo you should be after not who's using it, its a shame though there aint much at all that you can do

Well in the youtube video he says all copyright and stuff belongs to Take Me To the Hosptial. I guess if he hadn't of said that things may have been different?

Yeah the dj from the show answered me and I answered back and im still waiting for a response. He asked me if I was happy that my remix made the show. He also said he was interested in my own work so I guess its positive.
