The tune at one minute thirty sounds really interesting but the rest does seem like it could be missing tracks from Hold Your Colour which sounds much better than In Silico.

Not overly excited but i'll definitely give it a shot.

i actually didn't like Hold Your Colour and quite enjoyed In Silico

HYC and this new tune sound too generic
they tried to switch it up with In Silico and there were tracks that worked and some that didn't, but at least it was more interesting then this soft, generic DnB stuff they're been doing.

Well if that preview is anything to go by, and if I'm being kind, Pendulum are all out of ideas. How much does this sound like stuff they did five years ago? All I can hear is the now standard Pendusnare and synth. The tunes at 1:00 and 1:48 even sound virtually the same as Fasten Your Seatbelts and Through The Loop.

Very, very poor.

Ah, bollocks. I'm not gonna hold back after all.

This is fucking shit of the highest order. They don't deserve a hit record ever again.

Liam needs to get real and tell these twats where to get off.

+1000000000000000000000000000000

This really does have disaster written all over it. I have faith that Liam and his 'creative control' will not allow this aural travesty meet our ears.

Any masochists here who really want to hear the new Pendulum stuff go here:

Although it's better than In Silico I remain unimpressed. They need to drop this idea RIGHT NOW.

EDIT: Jeez. 6 mins in, Your Love:

My problem with Pendulum is that they have so many "stock" sounds in their ARSEnal. They did diss The Prodigy abit too, why? to sound cool or something?

I guess actually I have more of an issue with the "casual" fans of Pendulum and Prodigy. People that lump them in the same category (when they are miles apart!) and can't tell the difference between a Prodigy tune and a Pendulum one. Those people annoy the fuckin hell outta me. There's a Pendulum tune on Forza 3, so far every person that's come over to play it guesses "is this the Prodigy?"

I'm like "WTF? When has Prodigy ever sounded so generic? That usual DnB beat that gets used way too often is a dead giveaway on who it is!"

I would prefer Liam to work with the Chemical Bros like someone mentioned before, that collab sounds so much more interesting that a Pendulum one.

Well, the new Pendulum is boring, and i would prefer a collaboration with Dirtyphonics (if it has to be a DNB act), but lets see how this track will be. If it will be.

Edit: Lol at the robot speaking in 'Salt in the wounds'. Its the same as Boys Noize uses.

What actually IS their roots? Hold Your Colour and the b-sides around 2005, or from before that... when they were a metalband? That doesn't sound exiting at all.
