I don't know if you have noticed this plagiat of One Man Army by the anti piracy consortium.
It's a small clip before you watch a dvd or in cinema. Available in France, I don't know if it's on others dvd's worldwide.

The try to say that copying is bad but in the same time they do a shity plagiat !

Without downloading the link you posted I think I know what you are talking about. I've seen the clip in many dvd movies. It sounds a bit like No/One Man Army, beats are the same but the melody isn't.

I think that it's not plagied.

i remeber seeing this video a while back.it's just a song made by the kind of guy that does music for tv shows, or comercials or whatever.he was hired to create a track for the comercial and he took the inspiration from prodigy definetely.but it's not ilegal , the track is quite different even if we recognize elements of one man army. i've seen this kind of things before on comercials
