Just before Keith sings "Welcome to the scene of the crash" there's a sample that says "Hold Up".
Is This the same sample thats used on Rip Up The Sound System"?

I don't think so because Rip Up....'s sample is 'Hold Up' and not 'Hold It'
They do sound very similar however again I don't think it's the sample.

are you guys listening to the complete tracks? rip up the sound system has both "hold it" and "hold up" , hold up is at the beginning and hold it comes later on , there is also a "hold it" sample in Low1 on Leeroy's Lowrise EP ,
and in TMTTH it is "Hold It" not Hold Up

djstonehigh is right.
Right before "Only if you're ready for this"
and in other places also.
Plus listen to Charly '91 Remix. It's there too.
