I'm the biggest agnostic around...
Been a fan of the band since they surfaced in 1990 or so, been hugely looking forward to this album for 5 years like the rest of us, was terrified it wasn't going to arrive in the post today.
It did :D
I am so pleased Liam abandoned the 'alternative' route he was flirting with during AONO, which remains the only album by them which has songs I actually hate, such as Action Radar which I think is a horrible, horrible song.
So hearing tracks like Thunder, it's back to the Prodigy at their best.
The album versions of IMD and Omen are also superior to the previously released versions.
And I love Take Me to the Hospital, Stand Up, World's on Fire. There are no bad tracks here.
Though my least favourite is probably Colours but it's not helped by following maybe the best Prodigy track of all time in Thunder.
I was really scared that this album would end up being a mess, but I'd say IMD is probably above both FOTL and AONO and vies with Experience and Jilted as their best.
Hmm, maybe I don't believe in God after all, but I believe in The Prodigy
