The Prodigy CD had a parental advisory sticker on it...

why?
i didn't hear any curses or profanity.

so what's with the parental advisory sticker?
didn't see anyone else mention this.

its all fukked if you ask me. prodigy get that sticker even tho they have like 15 lines of verse on the whole album, with some allusions to violence in 2 lines of verse. on the other side, you have people with criminal records as child molesters whose album doesnt have that sticker, cause hes an r'n'b singer and his songs speak of 'love'

Could it be possible because of the dvd where Keith gets his cock out?

Not to mention the many profanities Maxim spits out on the live tracks.

Correct. The sticker isn't on the CD only version of the album only the version that comes with the DVD. There is swearing on the live videos.

I didn't think of the live stuff... that would be it I'd have to agree.

I was just about to bust into a rant about how stupid the whole sticker thing was when we've got a tune getting played lots over here that is a total cheesy rip-off of that old "You spin me right round baby right round like a record baby ..." except it sounds like they are singing about oral sex in this song. I wonder if that cd would get a sticker?

To me I think the whole music industry is kind of fucked right now. You got tunes that sound like they are targeting a younger audience, the ones who will buy whatever is in the top 40, but they are mostly novelty tunes, like singing about girls kissing girls and "Going down"............ shit like that and nobody complains.. Go back 10 years and stuff like that would get boycotted and shit.

But hey.. better censor the word "bitch" or "god" out of some tunes coz thats just too much.... (SARCASM!)

Haha.... else there are lots of tracks often played in radio and they´re not in discussion about violence, sex or other adult things. So I thing Prodigy should hide lyrics in their texts...

Good examples:

Frank Zappa - Bobby Brown [totally sexual content]
Inner Circle - Sweat [A La La La La Long] [Rape]
Bloodhound Gang - Foxtrot Uniform Charly Kilo [just F.U.C.K]
George Harrison - My sweet lord [Hare Krishner]

Often played tunes on radio and everybody still like them....

Really less people dunno the meaning of the tracks, cos they don´t translate or don´t care about it....or you don´t need to learn english to understand, but you´re not closely listen to a tune ....
