i've just bought this on vinyl which is a 2009 re-press and according to discogs the poison 95 eq on this vinyl is 6:12 long but i've just listened to it and its just the normal 4:05 edit which is the same as the cd single, has there been a mistake with the re-press or something? |

I don't know of a 2009 re-press... Sounds like a fake to me. |

don't think they are fake i got them from a record shop that only sell originals and they said the xl had re-pressed all of prodigy's old vinyl. i got the fat of the land too. does the original press of poison have the longer version on? |

i'll take some photo's if you want, i bought most of the singles and also the fat of the land album. but the poison vinyl has the exact same short edit of poison as the cd single does and i always thought that the vinyl had a longer edit on? thats why i was thinking they made a mistake on the re-press |

'Poison (95 EQ)' is 6:12 on the 1995 12" pressing. The same full length version was played on The Prodigy's Xfm Residency broadcast on 08-03-09. |

must be a mistake with the re-pressed vinyl i have then  was looking forward to hearing the longer version too
