1st there was ____ then came PRODIGY. I say Beastie Boys....hybrid music, with punk attitude....dance/mosh....they always had a cool look and weird fashion...... other thoughts- RUN DMC Guns'n'Roses Janes Addiction Micheal Jackson |

that's the thing isn't it? Prodigy's music is so unique and brilliant there never had and never will be anything like it. That's why there's a bunch of goons on an internet forum hanging on their every word. Pfff, what kind of guys do that? ....... |

Numptys. But back to the question, no preceeded them and no one will or should follow them. Let The Prodigy be unique and carve a legacy that 99% of bands would die for. |

I'm not talking about similar music....I'm talking about culturally...artistically... I say Beastie Boys because they started real young...they originated from the original hip-hop scene, similar how Prodigy emerged from the original rave scene......They pushed boundaries and had that badass image....cross-pollinated with other genres |
