I was thinking a lot about prodigy's intro. we've heard many versions of them: symphonic, pure electronic, with and without vocal samples. some of them turned into regular tracks. Anyway i've seen district 9 trailer (love this movie, worth of watching). there is a great sample in it, you can hear it around 1:22 and 1:29, something like siren. The point is i'm not musicmaker so i cant do my intro to propose you anything except idea. in my opinion this siren from the trailer sounds great: its heavy, thrilling and fat and its announce something impressive, something like prodigy! so how do you thing: would the siren from district 9 trailer be a good base-sample for prodigy's intro? waiting for your opinions and hope someone take up the gauntlet and do demo of NEW INTRO |

It's not a siren, it's easy to reproduce, just a distorted acid-like bass sound. But yes, it would fit Prodigy's style. Talking about intros, there's one I always liked, don't know why: Last Warning from Scooter's "No time to chill" album. Nice one. |
