What is the mark clothing of Keith? Or it's just a concert suit?

The shirt looks like a military one, with the stripes on the epaulletes (shoulders). Maybe British Royal Navy surplus, the blue/grey colour is about right..
The trousers could be any type of beige cargo style, and the studded lower leg wraps look like those worn by American soldiers in WW2.
Black trainers/boots, could be any type...
Dunno what the black long thing is by his knee. Could be a belt or the mike stand

I wouldn't be surprised if you could find all this stuff in a military surplus store quite cheaply..

Don't forget tho, Keith customises most of his clothes himself..
