Hey party goers.

Is there anybody out there who either speaks French or is French who can translate what the guy at the end of Voodoo People, Bestival & Paris on the WDF DVD is gibbering on about?

I get it's something to do with his shoe. If it's that he's lost one and it's his shoe that flies across the sky behind him then it's fucking funny.
