hey there! I know the rules guys, but the thing is, there is no record store around here where I would have the oppurtunity to buy Flint's Device #1 album, and in the "post your prodigy collection" topic I've seen some of you have this album. Can possibly any of you rip it in flac and post it somehow? via torrent or anything. I'd appreciate a PM and I actually think there would be quite some guys here who would also want it. So, like i said, I know I shouldnt request prodigy related stuff here, but then again, how could I get my hand on original quality?????????????? Thanks! edit: the album was posted anyway in the prodigy studio topic on rapidshare in the old days, only that was mp3. |

i also wandered why they never released. it was full ready, i mean mastered, promoted, everything... the only reason that could be is flint dedicating more to the prodigy. but he doesnt contribute to aono, only on remixes and later on their law. theres definitely a year+half gap between device1 and the hotride remixes. my guess is that the band was falling apart already, but they couldve at least released the album, or some ep |

First single Asteroids was limited to 2000 only, it's more like promo. Aim #4 was real first single and sales was terribly low. After that, record label and band broke their contract, cancel last 3 gigs and never release album. Bend members later worked on new versions of all tracks and planed to re-produce album and release it with new label. New version of Asteroids was played on Radio One, and new version of No Name No Number produced by Serio Galoyan (T.a.t.u.) can be found on net. U.N.C.L.E. also remixed Aim #4 and Leeroy also remixed two tracks. But band members later formed their new bands, Keith with CBF, Jim and Kieron with both Hyper and Victory Pill. |
