I know the words come from 'The Lawnmower Man', but it wasn't sampled directly from the movie.

Does anyone know who the voice is in the intro? It also sounds similar to the intro to their law.

Someone told me it's Liam's voice, but I doubt that from the interviews I've heard him speak in... But it does make sense.

Who is the voice?

The voice in the intro of their law comes from the film smokey and the bandit but the voice from intro dunno where

i suppose these words are said by liam, just like poison intro.

The line in 'The Lawnmower Man' is: -
"so I'm taking my work underground. I can't let it fall into the wrong hands again."

Pretty sure Martin James said the 'Intro' vocal question would be answered in his new book. He mentioned it when he revealed Liam did some dialogue for 'Their Law'.

liam said in some interview a few years ago that it's his voice in their law - "i'm the law you can't beat the law"!!! i can't find this interview right now

It was the intro he was talking about; "What we're dealing with here..."
If it wasn't Liam who said it, then it was Martin James, can't remember which one, but it is Liam's voice

SATB: 'What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law'.

TL: 'What we're dealing with here is a total lack of respect for the law'.

It's probably Liam or someone who was hanging around in the studio at the time.

if it's liam so he is just spoke...but in interview he answered the question why he not singin'...liam said that he singed "i'm the law...."

I don't know where the 'back underground' intro is from, I used to think it was from the film 'Naked Lunch' but it ain't.

I personally think none of them are actual samples from the movies, just recreations, otherwise XL would have had to pay a small fortune for the usage. Remember the 'Hey!" sample from Firestarter? They had to to pay Art of Noise plenty for that and include them in the writing credits.

Come to think of it, wonder how much it cost to use the 'full throttle' sample from Star Wars?
