It's definitely 'now is the winter of our discontent', iconic quote from literature. Could be this this, on 0:28. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=px5hvNWoVLE The winter of discontent... lol. 
Noun: 1) Lack of contentment; dissatisfaction with one's circumstances. 2) A person who is dissatisfied, typically with the prevailing social or political situation. Well, no surprise winter release I guess. In fact, no contents at all.
