Anyone knows what tune this drumbeat is from?

It's from The Solid Steel Compilation where Amon Tobin is recorded live. The name of the sample says "Tipper - Twister", but that ain't the beat from Tippers tune, so it must be a beat he put on extra. Anybody?
I know I've heard it somewhere else before aswell...both in remixes and from the original I think...maybe from a Funk tune?

If it's the break that starts 30 seconds into the tune...
Amon sampled it from
The Chemical Brothers - Block Rockin Beats!
But have no idea where the Brothers sampled that break from... lol
