have both albums.. too hard to decide which is the better. for sample work The Chronic wins but 2001 has the better production IMO

I don't have this, and I'm not planning on getting these albums. Heard them though, nice for the car, but nothing groundbreaking for me.
I think everyone should have Syntax - Meccano Mind and Fluke - Risotto in their collection.
But, I will give this new album a listen or two. The rumours have made me curious.

Whatever floats yer boat, mr orange.. a lot of people here seemed to love Eminem, was just raising awareness of his main producer's work... wich seemed to be lacking here.
Agent Orange wrote: nothing groundbreaking for me.
Doesnt change the fact that a lot of people thought otherwise when they where released.. The Chronic was one of the main inspirations for Prodigy's Poison and for countless other bands. RATM included. (Tom Morello's guitar work was inspired by Dre's use of synths)
But anyway, it's been 10 years since his last record.. if your looking for groundbreaking music i wouldnt expect that much from Dr. Dre these days..

Thanks untitled...
but it's fuckin terrible Dre is officialy musically dead.
Only rapper to deliver a proper comeback that rivaled his past achievements in style was Raekwon.... Dre should learn a thing or two from him...

thanks for this mate. ive heard about this album over the years. cant believe its taken so long!
but as for this song, i personally think its not THAT bad. scott storch has apparently co produced it. it does sound a fair bit 'poppy' compared to his normal stuff, but its just catering for the tastes. im sure the album itself has some proper dre stuff on there.
