Amazon are selling the 'Amazon Exclusive Bonus Tracks Edition' (Includes 3 Bonus tracks). The bonus tracks are ‘The Crane (feat. Dina Ipavic)’, ‘Year Of The Bat’ and ‘Lost In Time’ according to: - https://superdeluxeedition.com/news/orb ... nd-series/Order the album direct from Orbital's store and it comes with an exclusive bonus numbered CD. The tracks on that bonus CD aren't listed. It wouldn't be a surprise to find it's the same 3 tracks off the Amazon release. I presume the Amazon version of the album is all 13 tracks on one CD. CD Track Listing: 1. Ringa Ringa (The Old Pandemic Folk Song) (feat. The Mediaeval Baebes) 2. Day One (feat. Dina Ipavic) 3. Are You Alive? (feat. Penelope Isles) 4. You Are The Frequency (feat. The Little Pest) 5. The New Abnormal 6. Home (feat. Anna B Savage) 7. Dirty Rat – With Sleaford Mods 8. Requiem For The Pre Apocalypse 9. What A Surprise (feat. The Little Pest) 10. Moon Princess (feat. Coppe)

The tracklist of the exclusive bonus numbered CD (available only when ordering the album directly from Orbital's store) is: -
Tracklist: 1. Dirty Rat (Instrumental) 2. Ringa Ringa (Instrumental) 3. Ringa Ringa (Breakage Remix) 4. Are You Alive (French Version Extended)
I hate it when exclusive tracks are spread around different formats.
The Blu-ray has the 10 album tracks, instrumental versions of all the album tracks and the bonus tracks ‘The Crane (feat. Dina Ipavic)’, ‘Year Of The Bat’ and ‘Lost In Time’.
The Amazon CD has the 10 album tracks plus the bonus tracks ‘The Crane (feat. Dina Ipavic)’, ‘Year Of The Bat’ and ‘Lost In Time’.
The only way to get all the tracks would be to buy the Blu-ray and the CD direct from Orbital's store for the exclusive bonus CD (I'm not sure if any of the 'exclusive' tracks are available digitally).

Annoying all these different versions! been searching for downloads but to no avail, i've already spent a fortune on vinyls/cds so feel a bit cheated having to shell out again for digital versions!

I'm happy to support the artists I like by buying their records. The vast majority of artists don't make much money from streaming so tours and merchandise are how they get paid. The people most likely to buy physical records are the dedicated fans. All these multi format releases result in the same fans buying the record in different formats. The biggest supporters of an artist are the people who are shaken down for more money. I'm enjoying 'Optical Delusion'. I bought the Amazon CD for the 3 bonus tracks. I like to own (even if it's just in digital format) all the tracks. I'm not happy that I can't have all the instrumentals as I didn't realise the blu-ray (which wouldn't have been a very convenient listening format anyway) was limited edition and has sold out. I'd like the single edits, 'Ringa Ringa (Breakage Remix)' and 'Home (Hottest Day on Record Mix)' tracks too but I'd have to buy the singles and album in digital format. By the way, how mad is it that the digital album is £4.99 with 3 bonus tracks from https://orbital.tmstor.es/product/109524 but is 10 Euros from Orbital's own Bandcamp https://orbitalofficial.bandcamp.com/al ... l-delusion and you don't get the bonus tracks? It's also strange that their own Bandcamp doesn't have their latest single 'Are You Alive? (feat. Penelope Isles)' on it. It seems a very disjointed release campaign designed to upset their most loyal fans.

On Orbital's Radio 1 Residency, Phil announced that an artist called "Acid Party Yobs" were doing a remix of 'You Are The Frequency (feat. The Little Pest)'.

Yeah its the same thing UNKLE have been doing for years as know the fanbase is super loyal, does feel a bit disjointed this campaign with the Amazon thing throwing a bit of spanner but yeah ill crumble soon enough im sure i'll buy it Ive just shelled out for 6 tickets to see them live so that will come first!

Ive just shelled out for 6 tickets to see them live so that will come first! There was a Live YouTube question and answer session with Orbital today at 4pm. It's supposed to be getting uploaded to their account at some point so people who missed it can watch it back. Quote: We have it recorded separately and will be posting on YouTube in the next week The first 15 minutes were quite funny as they were live but they didn't realise it. Paul was talking to Phil about an early morning trip to the doctors. Nothing scandalous was said luckily for them. They'll probably edit that out before reposting the video. Anyway, one of the questions asked was about the album being released in multiple formats with bonus tracks spread across them. They basically said all the various different formats for their album was a record label demand. They said they didn't get too involved in the formats but they would next time as they've seen how it has pissed off some fans. Amazon wanted bonus tracks for the CD they would sell, iTunes wanted Atmos, Digital sellers wanted exclusives, etc. They said they know it has annoyed fans and they'll try not to have that happen again. All tracks will go on streaming after an exclusivity period has expired.
