This was alot better then your dj mix :-D

I really like the melodies in your tracks, goodie goodie 8-)
I like the orchestral pieces!

But myspace has such low bitrates on the streaming, that fucks up the beats!

Do you have links to your tracks in full quality or something....?

nice one coggles.

the fire inside is my favourite out of them. think that's because i like a bit of orchestral strings with a breakbeat!

interesting use of the chanting too. i agree with marcus that it still needs a bit of tweaking on the levels though. it doesn't quite gel together volume wise yet. the chanting breakdown bit in the midle would sound better if it was faded in and out instead of just cut in and out, and the beats sound a bit 'laboured' when they start. maybe needs an introduction sample just before the beats start? could even do with a longer introduction, before the break beat starts, as well as a breakdown section in the middle where there's nothing but the synths to give it more depth and some room for you to build it back up again for the last section.

it's definitely got potential to become a better track with some more time spent on it. there's a great couple of tracks in there too. you could get a nice chilled out remix and a harder (maybe faster too?) remix from it too i reckon.

glad to see you're making good use of your time! :bigthumb:

i also wouldn't mind a link to download it with better bitrate to have a proper listen

I like The Fire Inside is awesome, although I hate the amen break.

The choir/orchestral stuff is sweet, sort of reminds me of Venetian Snares, he has mixed orchestra and classical samples with drum and bass.

Keep it up. :P

Coggs, to be offtopic a bit, you really should learn how to spell ALCOHOL. I've seen you write variations from Echohole to Acohall.

...Or, just reduce the drinking a bit. That might work for the rest of your spelling as well.
