check it out, another six new tracks uploaded at:
http://www.myspace.com/neorevmusic

call it a splitting of the mind...

you got two sides...

first you have NEOREV:
here's where i'm taking it back to where it all started. back to the beats. back to that aggressive, in your face electronic shit...

and then you have FIVE TON BRIDGE:
this is more of a experimental and personal journey for me. slower, darker, atmospheric. currently recording vocals for this project, these are the instrumentals.

so another six new tracks, showcasing both sides of my musical personality.

enjoy,

FYI...

-"The Stars Above Us" is my BRAINKILLER Volume IV entry, this is the instrumental version. this song was inspired by marijuana and looking up into the vast sky at night and coming to terms with how small we really are in the universe.
-"Artificial Radio" was my second choice, but wanted to go with something a little different from the norm. kinda psychedelic disco hip hop. i really wanted to get that clean sorta cheesey drum sounds from those days.
-"Bounce" was actually a jam session recorded live on the spot using strictly my EMX-1. i love(d) Timbaland (kinda pisses me off now) and this me trying to replicate that.
-"Twisted" is the first time i ever rocked out with the pitch wheel and recorded it's movements.
-"Booty Shake" was posted for my friend Joe who always does his booty shaking dance when it comes on. oh and it's not too safe with him driving to while it's on.
-"Amen," another instrumental. with the 5 Ton Bridge stuff, i love to incorporate "live" instruments, such as piano, strings, choirs with all the electronics. organic yet artificial. currently writing vocals to this guy as well.
