Does anyone know the name of the horn which features in the background to alot of Hip Hop tunes?

You can hear in FabricLive 39 DJ Yoda. Tika Toc - Skibadee. at 16 seconds.

It's all over Massive B radio in GTA4 too and I just can't find the name for it.
