First off, how can I upload an MP3 of my track on here without paying for a megaupload subscription?

Just afer advice and opinion on the first track i've made. I'm new to all of this and have used Reason to make it. Got a cool sample but I think it sits too loud in the mix. Anyway, if I manage to upload it on here, i'd love opinions from the BK masters, and advice on how to progress it. It isn't finished and is a constant work in progress.

Ah c'mon people.. 37 views, so potentially 37 downloads and not one comment!

This is my first track and i'm after advice on how it can be improved. Anyone lol?

Man, where do I begin...
- the synth is interesting
- locate that voice sample / samples on your computer and shift-delete them, they really suck
- the dnb loop is classic, but I don't know if it's me or not, but that's a mono sample and it really needs some hight frequencies on it, it's like you're playing it the from the bottom of a barrel
- where's the DRUM?!
- too constant, no rhythm change, no nothing...

The Freddy Mercury voice sample is what gave me the idea for the track lol. It came to me in a dream.

It is very repetitive with no ryhthm change, but i'm not sure where to go with it really. I was thinking earlier that I need a big bassline in there. Cheers for the advice, i'll EQ the drums and get some higher frequencies in there.

I'll upload version 2 when it's done :)

Do you think it's ok for a first attempt lol?

Really don't know what to say...not my style, but I guess you could've been a lot worse.
About that dnb loop...that doesn't cover for the drums, you really should ADD some drums. As for a bassline, well, it seems that your synth already covers that part. :lol:
