http://www.residentadvisor.net/ is very good for finding excellent new electronic music. A disadvantage of the site is that's it's very biased towards house and techno, especially of the minimal fields. However, it's the site I normally go to for exploring the latest in bass music.

http://pitchfork.com/ can also be good for finding great new releases in the 'best new music' section (it's how I found out about Eleven Tigers) but bear in mind that they quite often offer ridiculous, pretentious reviews. For example, they gave Kanye's latest album 10.0/10.0 and Massive Attack's excellent 'Heligoland' only 5.0/10.0.
