Anyone in here that have some knowledge of good classical music?

I've always wanted to give it a go, and I do enjoy some good classical masterpieces that I've heard before, but the main reason I haven't checked it out yet is that I have no knowledge at all about what's good, and what's shite

I do love som Edvard Grieg (I'm norwegian, of course i do!), but far from that I can't tell Beethoven from Mozart really...

Anyone have any good tips to what to check out first?

Im in love with classical music, almost the same as i Love movie music, which both of them are related somehow.

Check

Tchaikovsky - Piano Concerto No 1, B Flat Minor
Tchaikovsky - Swan Lake Waltz
Vivaldi's four seasons, winter is my favourite
Franz Shubert - Ave Maria
Chopin - Nocturne, Op. 9 No. 2 in E-Flat Major
Beethoven - Fur Elise (this one everyone should recognize)
Georges Bizet - Habanera
Jacques Offenbach - Infernal Galop
Johann Sebastian Bach - Air On A G String
Bach - Cello Suite no1. in G (prelude)

those are random music from my favourite classical artist, if u need more i can help u. On March im going to see John Williams, James Horner, and few other movie music artist and im excited almost like before my first prodigy gig. Some of the classical tunes are more powerfull, some are more relaxing, but all of them are freeking piece of art...have a good listen

Yeah, Vivaldi's four seasons are probably my most favourite classical peace. That and the New World Symphony by Antonín Dvořák. I also like Richard Wagner.
