I was dissapointed I thought we were going to see some fucked up 2009 style independance day. All we got was a bunch on pansey assed humans who's most lethal weapon was "trust"

never seen the original... but the only good thing about the trailer was Morenna Baccarin.... HOT!
Otherwise it seems like your run of the mill Alien Invasion story... count me unimpressed.

V was a great sci-fi series in the 80´s - I have never seen it again but I know, it is available on DVD - I guess I would laughing my ass off if I will see this again, it´s so dated these days . Funny thing is, that Robert Englund [Freddy Krueger] plays a role of an idiotic alien in it.

The V television series was a big phenomenon in the 80s. Every kid watched V. Don't see the new series having such an impact in this day and age (of CGI). The new series looks as cheesy as the 80s original looks now in retrospect. And the original did not look cheesy when it was first aired.

the first four eps will be aired weekly and then the show will take a break until mid january i think...only thirteen eps for this first (maybe only?) season

i stoped watching it.it's stupid to have such a big break.i'll wait for the rest of the season to air to view it
