Wal-Mart is going to have this Friday a special with the HD-DVD player (Toshiba) for $98.87. This is a huge deal considering that these sell for $200. Big shot against BluRay in my opinion... Source: http://bfads.net/ |

right now the regular price is 200, maybe in 6 months 150 and in one year 100 then in a few years a new bomb is going to blast both HD and Blu-Ray technologies (suppositions only) well that's just a sort of "Natural Selection" applied to technologies, IMO but I'm not even interested in HD and Blu-Ray anyway, DVD is largely enough to contain a movie, again IMO |

It's tempting, but they haven't decided on a format yet. It's still like VHS vs Betamax and I'm not biting till it's decided! I'm not going to get a HD player only to find out this new movie I like is coming out on Blue-Ray. Besides, those choices of 5 free DVD's are they worst. |
