The thought of Terminator without Arnold was strange at first but it's also a real oppoturnity to reboot and revitalize the Terminator franchise. That said we might see Arnold's face in the movie thanks to CGI. The director McG has hinted at this possibility. I wasn't impressed when I heard about the choice of director for the new Terminator movie (planned to be a trilogy) but McG seems to be very devoted to the project and to making it a worthy successor to Cameron's Terminators. This comes across both from his own and from Bale's comments. And of course just having Bale aboard makes the setting promising. Interestingly the movie also features Sam Worthington who's the star of James Cameron's up and coming sci-fi movie 'Avatar'. Hope that this comes out as good as Nolan's Batman reboot 'Batman Begins'.

i don't have high hopes, because if i do, i'll get disapointed if its bad hehe. so i'm gonna be goin in not expecting anything and then see what happens! whatever happens, i dont think itll beat T2

Jonathan Nolan (Prestige, Memento, The Dark Knight) was the main writer on this... Bale and the guy who plays the lead Terminator have both been praising the script...

who knows how it will turn out? Looks good.. but what are the blockbusters that dont have good trailers nowadays?
