+2
anyone older than 25 finds the snes zelda the best, from people in this age group, we grew up during the golden era of games!

I only really liked the games from Wind Waker onwards, only because I can complete these ones I was too young to understand what I was doing in A Link To The Past, and I got stuck in the Water Temple on OOT, but when I played Master Quest on the Cube, I completed it no problem. One day i'll go back and try them all again!

Do that!
My personal favorite is a tie between Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time. I played them both at the time they were released so I know what they mean, and I share the fact that Link to the Past was slightly ahead of it's time compared to Ocarina of Time, but Ocarina was a brave step executed in a truly beautiful way... both incredible games.
+1 to both.

It's easy if you consistently check your map and remember the places where you raise/lower the water level.
Give me an hour and I'm done with it.

every water temple is hard on zelda, well the hardest out of all the temples excluding the hyrule castle dungeons etc
the snes version is real kick ass, just i'm so stuck on it in the darkworld i think i was meant to get an item before and now i can't get it

Colin... The Moon Pearl perhaps? If you skip it you keep changing in a rabbit in the Dark World.
You can get any other item, even if you skip it, back by backtracking a bit. If you press start and look at your map, which levelcrystals still blink? That way I might be able to help you.

My girlfriend plays TP on the wii all the time. But i havent ever gotten into the 3d-zelda's anyway. I think the magic is gone. But i enjoy watching her play. Bring back some good memories from when i used to play.
I dont like Castlevania in 3d. Sane thing there..
(or maybe i am just getting old and boring.. )
