Just found this awesome iso 2 days ago. It is a NES emulator for the old playstation 1 (!) Just burn it and put it in your PS1 or PS2 (with bootchip or swap-disk) and you will have 800 classic NES games to play. It even works with multiplayer games like bomberman if you have 2 joypads. A few games has minor gfx glitches, but else it works like a dream. Its much more fun to play it with a joypad in front of the TV than on an emulator for PC. I also found a sega master system emulator for PS1, but it ran a too slow, and the sound was absolutely horrible. I would have loved to play sonic and golden axe, but oh well.. cant have it all. The 800 NES games will keep me entertained for quite a while anyway. Download the iso with the PSX NES emulator and 800 games here: http://rapidshare.com/files/42207138/80 ... 1.rar.html |

A boot-chip for playstation 1 (and 2) makes you able to play copied games on CD-R's and games imported from USA and asia. It has to be installed inside the console (though old playstation models can have an external boot-chip). A swap-disk does the same trick, but does not require you to install a chip in your console. Its just a CD that will make the playstation think that its an original licensed disk, and after startup you can insert your copied CD. Since the NES emulator CD is unofficial and has to be burned to a CD-R, you need a swap-disk or a boot-chip to play it. |

http://www.gamestar.nl/product_info.php ... cts_id=722 http://www.slidecard.nl/shop/index.php? ... rers_id=17 http://www.psxshop.nl/ps2-the-breaker-pro-p-885.html The chip method is a lot more reliable tho. I have 2 playstations; One with a boot-chip and one without. Sometimes it takes like 5 attempts with the swap-disk before the game starts up, where the one with boot-chip just does it instantly. |
