thanks to all!
happy everything went good at the end as my wife felt sick all the 9 months, 24/24, then the kid was little at 7 months, he was only 1,7 Kg and doctors were worried she could gave birth premature and few more problems, but none of them faced at the end. kid was born 3,6 Kg
