Hey Guys,
not sure if it's changed or not but djstonehigh will do the setlist and everything when he has awoken.
there was one point in prodigy where i got pushed down onto the ground and if this guy didn't pull me up i would have gotten trampled on and possible hurt and missed the prodigy.
invaders must die sounded a lot different! but i think it sounded better.
will be uploading the pics and videos a bit later. although the videos are VERY VERY distorted as i was up the front the quality is quite good.
Keith and Maxim sure know how to work a crowd...
If they didn't throw the water out to the crown im pretty sure i would of passed out lol!

heya dudes , tracklist is somewhat like this
Intro
World's on Fire (perfect opening track!)
Their Law
Breathe + Breathe dubstep
Omen
Spitfire
Warrior's Dance
Firestarter (sounded like the pinkpop 05 version)
Action Radar Link
Run With the Wolves
Voodoo People (definately some parts were like the maida vale session version dont know if anyone has noticed this?))
---
Invaders Must Die
Take Me to the Hospital
Diesel Power + Link
Smack My Bitch Up
Your Love Intro + Out of Space
i am fairly certain this is definatley the order of tracks, i have nothing to complain except i really wanted to hear "Comanche " i really did almost think that the link after Diesel power could have been the start of it ,
Anyway the crowd reactions were very positive although alot of people had not clue about most of the new tracks , People looked at me really strange when i knew the lyrics to "Omen" it really is a great track to get everyone vocal but because it hasn't been released it seemed like i was the only one in the crowd singing along.
I had to retreat from the front when Breathe kicked in because all the crazies came out and went nuts .
Smack my bitch up got the best vocal response from the crowd meaning liam would cut the beats and let the crowd sing the lyrics.
Out of all the new tracks i think the crowd reacted the best to Invaders Must Die (which was slightly different to the version we all know) and i really think its only coz its the only track people know of the new material ,
\
So really overall i think the crowd reaction would have been much better if the album was already out ,
Out of all gigs i have attended this was probably the best and i loved the oldskool. vibes with the set.
I think Run With The Wolves was an awesome rocky track that gives some diversity to their set and is definately an asset to the album
But personally my favourite track of their set and probably only coz i haven't really heard a good quality version of it yet was "Take Me To The Hospital" which i also think it took the crowd by suprise , sounded very much like an Experience track thrown onto the Fat Of The Land
My only dissapointment was that the Prodigy were in the boiler room which i think affected the sound quality as when i saw them last they were on the mainstage and the sound had so much more quality and bass , however it was still a good show , and the new songs did not dissappoint the crowd one bit i just think they wish they already knew the songs .
Have some good photos to post up shortly and some vids but sound is quite poor , however i did see some professional filming going on but i cant remember what song/s they were filming and not sure who but most likely it could've been Channel V

Quote: INJURIES were bound to happen and they did at Gold Coast Big Day Out.
Some 55,000 ticket holders were crammed into the Boiler Room stage which held bands such as The Prodigy, Peewee Ferris, Hot Chip, TZU and Ajax.
The new site layout of this year's event saw the Boiler Room located in a new position on the field at Parklands. There was less room for punters to move, which caused crowd congestion.
One nameless punter showed CoastConfidential her bumps and bruises from facing the moshpits held at the stage.
"It's no big deal," she said.
Main act The Prodigy's show bore the brunt of overcrowding. Those lucky enough to secure a spot at the front of the stage begged the security guards for water as they could not budge from their position.
