<  PRODIGY QUESTIONS & OPINIONS  ~  FOTL Tape

yo! i have this old Prodigy Fat of the land tape.I found this in my brothers old stuff.He was a big fan of Prodg back in 97' and i didin't know that.But what i wanna know about this tape is 2 things...

1. Is this Original?

2.The Tracklist is diferent:

Side A

1.Smack My bitch up
2.Breathe
3.Funky Shit
4.Serial thrilla
5.Climbatize

Side B

1.Diesel Power
2.Minedfield
3.Narayan
4.Firestarter
5.Fuel My Fire

Climbatize should be nr.9 and Diesel power nr.3.Why it's deferent?

It would be an official tape, and i don't kwow why the n° are differents, i had this tape too, but i lost it.... :cry:

i suppose its a pirate. first at all tracks are not in proper order. cover doesnt look like real as well. i found lituanian release of tfotl on discogs.com, you can check it here:

thats how your cassette should look a like.

It's weird the tape you made a photo of doesn't have a Prodigy - Fat of the Land name on it. Even for a pirate copy, that's pretty easy to recognize. You can buy those cassettes in every music store.

It's an illegal copy, I guess no one knows that answer to your question for sure. Perhaps they made a mistake, or they choose to change the track order on purpose.
