An introduction.

Back, way back, in the day when the fires of BK Music One were kindling I had mentioned about a CD I had put together in my early music making/experimenting days. It was a collection of tracks built within a video game made for creating music.

The year was 1999, a little lad named Michael Matteo (psst... that's me) purchased a video game for the Sony Playstation. This wasn't just some normal, save the princess, kill the boss kinda video game. This game allowed you to manipulate and create melodies and beats with its own library of royalty free samples and sounds. The game was called MTV Music Generator.

This is a pretty raw recording of the tracks I made during a couple of years strictly using their royalty free samples to create tunes in my own style and taste. Respect goes out to MTV. Most importantly, I have to give props to my old high school classmate Jameson Lapp for ripping these tunes from a cassette. Yeah, that's right I said it. A tape y'all. Dat's Old Skool shit. He cleaned them up a bit with some prehistoric programs and burned them. This is ripped from the old, raggedy ass CD he made me. The best I can get from it.
A gift for delaying the BONUS BEATS VOL. II CD.
I promise to release that on February the 14th.

Yeah, that's right...
Valentine's Day...

because I love you all.

P.S.
I'm sorry Dims for taking so damn long.
I'm lazy.

don't take this too serious, it isn't meant to be an actual NEOREV album release, just something i wanted to share for fun.

Hey, just noticed this....link has expired. I'd be interested to hear what you came up with on the Generator....really crave making beats on the PS1 at times.
